Course feedback
The whole day was so useful and informative. Good mix of case studies and chat and general information. the resources and links are great and the discussions great too.
So any changes I can make that I just wasn't aware of.
I found the group work very beneficial. Its good to hear what other people have experienced and what measures they have put in place, the videos were excellent.
I learnt a lot more than expected and atmosphere online was friendly and relaxed.
Great use of teaching skills, kept us engaged at all times.
Karen was an excellent facilitator, I really enjoyed the course and would highly recommend for all frontline staff.
